Profbeauty is a distribution company and online platform for premium hair, skin, nail, and face care products. Offering over 8,000 products from more than 40 global brands, Profbeauty has been serving customers for over 10 years. As an assistant to the brand manager, responsibilities included managing social media, content strategy development, website creation, customer relationship management, and marketing strategy development to drive sales growth.

  • Social Media Management: Managed the company’s social media pages, specifically Facebook and Instagram, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
