Project Overview

All Play Club is an internal sports app designed to boost employee engagement at Making Science Sweeft. The app notified employees about upcoming sports activities, allowed them to register, and featured a QR code system for free cocktails at a designated bar. The generation of ideas and management of implementation for this app were carried out with significant involvement to ensure its success.

Key Contributions:

• Idea Generation & Implementation Management: Played a central role in generating the ideas behind the app's features, such as the notification system, event registration, and QR code perks. Managed the execution of these ideas to ensure the app functioned smoothly and aligned with company goals.
• Content Creation: Developed engaging content for the app, including event descriptions and notifications, to keep employees informed and motivated to participate in scheduled activities.
• Visual Design: Designed visuals for the app interface, creating a user-friendly and visually appealing experience that aligned with the company’s branding.
• Event Notification System: Set up a notification system that informed employees when sports activities were scheduled, allowing them to stay updated and participate in events of their choice.
• Event Registration & Participation: Managed the implementation of a registration system within the app, simplifying the process for employees to sign up for sports activities and for organizers to track participation.
• QR Code Integration for Perks: Introduced and managed the QR code system, which allowed employees to visit a specific bar on designated days and receive one free cocktail, enhancing engagement and creating a sense of community.

Results:
