Project Overview
Making Science Sweeft is a full-stack development, venture building, and 360 marketing services agency. Over the past two years, the role has shifted from a marketing specialist in the first year to a marketing manager in the second year. Key responsibilities included handling internal marketing for the company and maintaining daily communication with the Spanish head office regarding marketing strategies after the acquisition by Making Science.

Key Contributions:
- Rebranding for Social Media Content: Led the rebranding initiative, creating a new social media feed based on updated branding colors, ensuring cohesive and visually engaging content.
- Social Media Content Creation & Enforcement: Played an active role in creating and enforcing social media content strategies. Managed the development of engaging posts, ensuring alignment with the company’s branding and goals.
- Video Production: Involved in the entire process of video production, from script development to managing the video shoot, ensuring content aligned with the brand’s messaging and campaign objectives.
- Client Communication & Email Marketing: Regularly communicated with clients and potential clients to meet marketing needs. Actively used email marketing for event promotion, enhancing engagement and attendance.
- Reporting & International Communication: Created weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the Spanish head office, ensuring transparency and alignment while maintaining consistent messaging across 14 countries in all branches. Also managed content for the company’s international newsletters.
- Company Culture & Events: Planned activities that contributed to a positive work culture, including organizing sports events, internal celebrations, and developing the internal Sport App.
- Event Materials: Consistently communicated with printing companies to produce flyers, banners, t-shirts, and prizes for internal activities and events.

Results:
